Next Steps
If you need to know “How Much?” or want a “Quote/Bid” please now see THIS PAGE. It answers nearly all of these type questions.
We will call you to gather any necessary data if needed…if not…
Joelle will call you to discuss getting you on the schedule for your repair unless your request is one in which we provide a Bid/Quote for work. In which case….
Please take time to review this page and scroll to “Quotes” for our new policy on quoting jobs.
If your request does require a Bid/Proposal, Bid/Proposal must be formally “accepted” once sent using the Accept option on the bid (only for larger jobs)
Once accepted, Joelle will call to schedule your service.
Solar Install Requests - If you have not already done so, please review our packages so you can familiarize yourself with pricing. We will contact you to set up an initial free 15-20 minute telphone consultation. If after the consultation you desire to move forward we will invoice you for the $250 retainer/consult fee. If you formally commit to a solar installation, this $250 is applied to your final purchase. If you opt to not move forward, this is our fee for the time required to put together your formal parts proposal. Once you have made the decision to move forward, we will build your parts list and you will receive an invoice for the parts required for your build. We will also set the tenative date for your installation at this time.
Once this invoice is signed and paid, parts are shipped to the most conveinent location for the installation. Installation time varies by system. Times range from 5 to 12 days or 36-96 total man hours.
Our installation labor rate is $200 per hour.
Upon completion of the installation you will be educated on the use and functioning of your new system. After you feel comfortable with the installation and are satisfied with the workmanship, you will be provided a final invoice for the labor portion of your installation. Final invoice payment is due the day of your completion. You can pay with credit card, check, ACH transfer or cash. We prefer cash, check, or ACH to avoid the large fees associated with clearing your credit/debit card.
Roof Clean/Sealant Application - Please clear area around RV from anything which water runoff or overspray may affect. Please close all windows, roof vents, screens, and doors. Provide a clear and easy path for us to access water.
If your roof is extremely dirty from years of neglect, there will be significant levels of dirt and grime that will run off the front, sides, and rear of RV. If your RV itself is dirty, the water runoff from the roof service WILL create dirt streaks through the existing dirt on your RV. We will do our best to spray down the sides to avoid streaks, but will not guarantee their removal without a full wash. We do not wash your entire RV As part of this process. Should you wish for us to do so, we will schedule and bill accordingly.
Air Conditioning- Provide a safe and reasonable access for us to the roof of your unit. We will need access to the interior as well and clear access to the AC interior Plenum or Cold Air Return ducting to preform the full service.
Plumbing- We will need a clear access to all areas where there is plumbing unless the issue is isolated to a specific area or appliance. Please remove all items which will be in the way when we attempt to access plumbing both outside the RV (Water Heater or wet bay locations) and inside (under cabinets, closets, seats, and access panels). This includes the underside of your RV as well as your “basement” or water access areas in 5th wheels and various Motor Coaches
Heating - Same as Plumbing
General Services Not Included Above- We will need a clear access without having to handle or move your personal property to any area in the RV both it’s outsider perimeter as well as the interior.

Some final notes on the process
While we are cleaning, it may, to some, seem rude, but we must focus on what we are doing. As such, we try to avoid small talk and conversation while working that is not specifically related to the tank cleaning. As we work, we will discuss with you matters which require immediate attention, but prefer to not be interrupted in the process for your safety and the well being of your rig plumbing system.
* RV Sensors are fickle. While often times, Hydro Jet cleaning will restore their functionality, there are many factors which may cause them to malfunction. We cannot guarantee full restoration to functionality as part of the cleaning process.
